Our services are for individuals age 18 and older who are interested in receiving professional lash extension services. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.2.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

When booking an appointment, you agree to: Arrive on time or notify us in advance of delays. Provide accurate contact information. Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or cancellation. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or refuse services at our discretion. In rare cases, we may cancel or postpone appointments due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and payments through our booking platform. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.

AI-ASSISTED BOOKING & MESSAGING

We may use AI technology to assist with appointment booking, reminders, and support. You understand that:

Messages may be generated or responded to by a bot.AI may not always be 100% accurate. You may request to speak with a human by contacting us directly. Conversations with our AI system may be logged to improve service.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

You confirm that you do not have any allergies, infections, or conditions that may be aggravated by lash extension services. You agree to disclose any medical concerns prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to decline services if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk.

RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

Results may vary depending on your natural lashes, aftercare, and lash cycle. We do not guarantee specific results. Please follow all aftercare instructions for best results and retention.10. LIABILITY WAIVER

By receiving services from us, you agree to release Beauty Hayven from any liability for allergic reactions, irritation, lash shedding, or any unforeseen outcomes related to lash extensions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes must be resolved in a New Jersey court.
